Schedule and Important Dates
League runs every Sunday Oct 5th to Nov 9th, 6-9PM (Championships go to 10PM). All games are listed on the Schedule tab.
Additionally, take note of the following important dates:
- Oct 5th - First day of league (Gosling Sports Park, 6-9PM)
- Nov 9th - Championships (Gosling Sports Park, 6-10PM)
Details
First Day of League: Sunday, Oct 5th @ 6:00pm
Gosling Sports Park (4055 Marsico Pl, The Woodlands, TX 77384)
Arrive at 5:45pm to grab your player kit and meet your captains. Games start promptly at 6PM, so be there early. Jersey and discs should be available the first day of league from your captains.
IMPORTANT: Please let your captains know if you will NOT be able to make it each week. Clarifying your attendance with your captains is crucial to your team being able to pick up subs and stay competitive in these league games.
Games Format
- 7v7
- 2 games per night
- games to 13, half at 7 (half is 5mins)
- soft cap at 70 minutes, hard cap at 80 minutes, on alarm ⚠️ NEW
- no timeouts during soft cap/hard cap ⚠️ NEW
- gender ratio 6:1 OR captains decide
- 15 minute break between games
Game Timing
- First game starts at 6:00pm
- Second game starts at 7:35pm
- Games are 80 minutes
- 15 minute break between games
- Finals: 70 minute games with 15 minute breaks
What to Bring
If you don't have cleats yet, I'd recommend getting a pair.

Teaching Corner
We will not be hosting a clinic this season. If you need tips and help with your game please be proactive and ask your captains and teammates for help!
If this is your first time playing we recommend watching this YouTube video that explains the basic rules.
Or better yet come out to pickup to get some reps before the season starts.
Pickup (Recreational Play)
We host pickup every Tuesday 7-9pm
