Schedule and Important Dates
League runs every Sunday Feb 23rd to March 30th. All games are listed on the Schedule tab.
Additionally, take note of the following important dates:
- Feb 23rd - First day of league (Alden Bridge Sports Park, 5-8PM)
- March 30th - Championships (⚠️ DIFFERENT LOCATION & TIME ⚠️ Gosling Sports Park, 4-8PM)
PLEASE NOTE: Round robin play will be at Alden Bridge Sports Park 5-8PM. Championships will be at Gosling Sports Park 4-8PM on March 30th.

First Day of League: Sunday, Feb 23rd @ 5:00pm Alden Bridge Sports Park (4751 TX-242, The Woodlands, TX 77382)
Games do start promptly at 5PM, so be there early. Jersey should be available the first day of league from your captains. We'll have discs at the end of the season, so stick around for the championships!
IMPORTANT: Please let your captains know if you will NOT be able to make it each week. Clarifying your attendance with your captains is crucial to your team being able to pick up subs and stay competitive in these league games.
Games Format
- 7v7
- 2 games per night (except finals week)
- games to 13, half at 7 (half is 5mins)
- hard cap at 80 minutes, on whistle
- gender ratio 6:1
- 15 minute break between games
What to Bring
If you don't have cleats yet, I'd recommend getting a pair.

Teaching Corner
If you need tips and help with your game please be proactive and ask your captains and teammates for help! If this is your first time playing we recommend watching this YouTube video that explains the basic rules. Or better yet come out to pickup to get some reps before the season starts.
Pickup (Recreational Play)
We host pickup every Tuesday 7:30-9:30pm For the month of February we will be at Creekwood Park. 3383 S Panther Creek Dr, The Woodlands, TX 77381
