Grab a spoon, it's time for the most important meal of the week! We are super excited to see you all out at the fields for some good frisbee fun. The theme this Fall is BREAKFAST CEREAL — every team is named after a cereal, so pick your favorite and get ready to snap, crackle, and huck.

Schedule and Important Dates

League runs Sundays Oct 4th to Nov 8th, 6:00–9:00PM (no games Oct 18th). Championships are Sunday Nov 15th, 6:00–10:30PM. All games are listed on the Schedule tab.

  • Sept 27th — Hat Tournament & Social (Wendtwood Sports Park, 3:00–6:00PM)
  • Oct 4th — First day of league (Gosling Sports Park, 6:00–9:00PM)
  • Oct 4th – Nov 8th — Regular season, every Sunday (Gosling Sports Park, 6:00–9:00PM)

First Day of League: Sunday, Oct 4th @ 6:00pm

Arrive at 5:45pm to get settled and meet your captains. Games start promptly at 6:00PM. Jerseys and discs should be available the first day of league from your captains.

IMPORTANT: Please let your captains know if you will NOT be able to make it each week. Clarifying your attendance with your captains is crucial to your team being able to pick up subs and stay competitive.

Games Format

  • 7v7
  • 2 games per night
  • Games to 13 points or 80 minutes
  • Soft cap at 70 minutes, hard cap at 80 minutes, on alarm
  • No timeouts during soft cap/hard cap
  • Gender ratio 6:1 OR captains decide
  • 15 minute break between games

Timeout Format

There is no traditional halftime. Instead, there are three forced timeouts plus one discretionary timeout per team.

Forced Timeouts (3 minutes each) — automatic stoppages when the first team reaches:

  • 4 points
  • 7 points
  • 11 points

Discretionary Timeout (70 seconds) — each team gets 1 per game to use at their discretion.

Game Timing

  • First game starts at 6:00pm
  • Second game starts at 7:35pm
  • Games are 80 minutes
  • 15 minute break between games
  • Finals: 70 minute games with 15 minute breaks (rounds at 6:00pm, 7:25pm, and 8:50pm)

What to Bring

  • Cleats
  • Water bottle — please bring your own, there is no guarantee of a water fountain on site

Pickup (Recreational Play)

We host pickup most Tuesdays 7:00–9:00pm. Please check The Woodlands Facebook page for weekly location updates.
